We believe in the “right price for the right job”

Let's get straight to the point:

We don't cut corners to save time on your project.

Once you receive your quote, and if the project takes much longer to complete due to unforeseen circumstances, you will never see that quote increased. Period.

An easy task will be quoted on a minimal scale, and a more extensive one requires a higher reimbursement, as expected.

The philosophy at Capital Data Recovery is to do our best in providing customers with the highest level of service possible while maintaining high over 95% data recovery rates.
We are a fully accredited and certified data recovery company which means that from starting the diagnostics of your media right until release of your project, every step is done according to our procedures and strict policies. Each project is assigned to an engineer who will lead your project from start to finish.

Our services are completely confidential and we are cleared to perform sensitive tasks.

With every single project we sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect your privacy.

As a non-enterprise customer, Capital Data Recovery helped me figure out the best solution to my data recovery. Even though in the end, it didn't involve utilizing their service, they were honest … More about what they could do for me and that allowed me to make the most informed decisions with my hardware and data.
They were very respectful and courteous as well.

Levon is very credible, came in for an appointment about SD card not being recognized. in my case he identified it as an electrical problem and gave me a full plan of what to do in the future to ensure … More my data won’t get corrupted like this again. he was realistic, didn’t even want to charge me the $100 to run my sd card, given all the information i told him it is almost certainly not recoverable (would take months and a lot of $$$) and he was transparent with that. would recommend, trust this guy with any of my data issues! learned a lot from one conversation

It was suggested to me by someone at Best Buy to save all my documents on a Seagate external drive. Well disaster struck. My external drive decided to become corrupted one day (nothing usual happened). … More After spending one hour with Seagate, I was told there was nothing to do. They provided a company in the USA that could recover my data but I did not want to send my data that far. I decided to look for a company in Ottawa that could do the same work. I was fortunate to find this awesome business...Capital Data Recovery. I was very impressed with them. Levon was very courteous and very professional. We discussed confidentiality and I reassured this was not an issue. It only took a few days to get the work done. There was a little issue where two folders were not copied for some reason, but he resolved very this quickly. He also provided me with s second copy of my data in the event another folder was missing. Thank you Levon for recovering my data. I highly recommend this gem of a business.
